If you've never learned to read the aleph-bet, or you learned several decades ago and have forgotten, you are welcome to be part of this beginning Hebrew class. The emphasis will be on reading Hebrew in the context of Jewish prayer and practice (not conversational modern Hebrew). This class will meet weekly from August 17 through December 7, always online. Participants must purchase "Aleph Isn't Tough: Hebrew for Adults" Book I by Linda Motzkin (c) 2000 before classes begin. Copies are available from multiple online retailers.
