The Jewish world lost one of its outstanding teachers earlier this year with the death of Rabbi Harold Kushner z"l. We will look at his accomplishments, especially his popular books, and at the impact he has had on American Judaism and beyond. 

Recommendation: If you have time, please read at least one of his many books as preparation for this class.
