Join Har Shalom members for a sewing afternoon. The Chevra Kadisha meets regularly to sew shrouds and all are invited to help as we restock our supply. Currently, there is no inventory. Sewing skills are useful but not necessary. Help is also needed to cut, iron, fold, and help organize. There will be volunteers available to help you sew if you'd like to learn. If you have a portable sewing machine, an ironing board and iron, please consider bringing these items with you. Also, please consider bringing sewing snacks - everything from the healthy to the decadent are appreciated.
