Event Form

This Event Form should be used to submit information for an event that was either:

  • Recently planned and scheduled to take place within 60 days. 
  • Originally submitted via the 'Save the Date' form and now have the details worked out. Submittal of the Event Form triggers events being advertised in Happenings and on the website. 
Please include as much information as you can
If there are different rates, such as Adult vs. Child, Member vs. Non-member, etc. please include those as well. 
NOTE:   Facilities Staff do not work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or evenings. Requests for set-up help on these days will be an added expense of $20/hr to your event
